Who Are POW UK?

We are skiers. We are snowboarders. We are climbers and walkers and divers and kiteboarders. Everyone at POW UK has one thing in common – we’re passionate about the outdoors and want to do what we can to protect it! Join us and protect what you love.

Can you help?

Protect Our Winters UK is run almost entirely by a dedicated team of volunteers. We’re growing rapidly and are always looking for volunteers to join us in a variety of roles.

As POW UK develops, new roles are always cropping up – so if your skill set does not fit any of our current vacancies noted above, be sure to enquire about other possible opportunities more suited to your skills and previous experience, we may not even know we need you!

Volunteering with POW UK is an extremely rewarding endeavour and will introduce you to a community of like-minded new pals all pushing towards the same end goal. Before connecting, it is helpful to have a think about how much time you have for POW UK – it can be hard to fit a volunteer role into a busy life, but if you have the time it’s incredibly rewarding.
